This includes overseeing all phases of administrative and academic information technology; managing college communications and computing systems; developing and implementing plans for organizing and administering college computer services operations; providing administrative guidance regarding acquisition and use of information technology resources; coordinating and encouraging cooperation in activities relating to information services among all areas of the University; supervising, directing and evaluating 资讯科技服务 personnel; and assisting university management in developing strategic plans related to information technology.
